Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
Shipping is a flat $5.00 to anywhere within the the Continental US, Alaka and Hawaii regardless of quantity ordered. For destinations outside of the US, please contact us for shipping charges to your location. Our standard order processing time is 1 business day from the time the order is received, during regular business days/hours (M-F). All orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail shipping services with a stated delivery time of 2-3 business days. All items are individually wrapped and shipped within a single box.
Payment Terms
All orders must be Pre-Paid. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Paypal, checks and money orders. Payment by check or money order must be received and clear bank prior to shipment of order.
A $30.00 NSF charge will be assessed to all customers with returned checks.
All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Returns/Claims/Undeliverable Shipments
We will gladly authorize returns for damaged or defective merchandise. All returns must be authorized and must be accompanied by a list of the products being returned and reason for return. Damaged or defective merchandise must be sent back with a Return Authorization number provided by WindArtsStudio.com. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Returned merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged will not be processed for credit or replacement.
Any refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus all shipping costs.
Cancellations
We make every effort to honor requests for cancellation. However, if the shipment has already left our warehouse when the cancellation request has been made, it will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus all shipping costs incurred.
